POLICY

Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment. Showing up 20 minutes late will result in rescheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel please do so before the 48 window. If you cancel/reschedule within this window you will be charged an additional $50 at your next appointment. Emergencies are excluded from these charges.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service booked in order to book a future appointment. Two no-shows result in being fired from the salon.

This policy is sent to each client and will need to be signed before we begin services.

COLOR ADJUSTMENT

Great color can take time to achieve. The more opportunities we have together to work on your color the better our outcome will be. If you are ever unhappy with your service please let me know within one week of original appointment to adjust your color complimentary. After one week there will be an adjustment fee.

Under no circumstances will a refund be given.
